What we collect

• Account details: your email address and the name you give us.
• From Google Calendar, only derived data per event: start time, end time, duration, number of attendees, and whether it repeats.
• Values you enter yourself on the dashboard.

What we never collect

• Event titles, descriptions or locations.
• Attendee names or email addresses.
• Your email. We never request Gmail access.

Google API Limited Use

Brain Balance Buddy's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We request read-only calendar access by default, and permission to add events only when you turn on "Protect my focus time". Google access tokens are encrypted at rest and used only by our servers.

What we will never do

• Sell your data.
• Use your data for advertising.
• Use your data to train AI models.
• Share your data with your employer or clients.

Analytics

We use cookieless, privacy-focused analytics only. No tracking cookies are set, so there is no cookie banner.

Retention and deletion

You can disconnect Google, export your data, or delete your account and all data from Settings at any time. Deletion removes every stored row and revokes our Google access immediately. Backups are fully purged within [PLACEHOLDER: 30 days] after deletion.
