The service
Brain Balance Buddy reads timing data from your calendar to report meeting load and, if you choose, adds focus and recovery blocks. By using it you agree to these terms.
Not medical advice or therapy
Brain Balance Buddy is a calendar tool. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent any medical or mental health condition. If you are struggling, please speak with a qualified professional.
Plans and cancellation
Free costs nothing. Pro is $9 per month or $89 per year. Founding member is $49 per year for the first 30 customers, with that price kept for as long as the membership stays active. You can cancel any time from Settings; access continues until the end of the paid period.
Your data
Your data is yours. How we handle it is set out in our Privacy Policy. We never sell it, use it for advertising, use it to train AI models, or share it with employers. You can export or delete it at any time.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service, attempt to access other people's data, or interfere with its operation.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.
